The process of order make-up :

Order the make-up item you want 

-> Send to your doll’s head which want to make-up to our office 

(Please write down the makeup price, not the actual doll price for the invoice. )

-> We check the head’s condition 

-> Send to make-up artist 

-> start to work 

-> Resend the head which finished to you through EMS 

* Make up item is can’t refund by just changed mind, so please check it before order.

* It possible to shows some different by depending on head type even same make-up

* Because it’s handmade, every make-up is impossible to same 100% even taken same artist.
